Designed for Tan Sri Zeti Aziz’s extended and growing family, this 13-year-old penthouse at One Menerung, Bangsar was reimagined into a timeless, artistic-inspired home that embraces the dynamics of a multigenerational lifestyle. Every element was crafted through close collaboration with the client, ensuring a bespoke space that is both refined and deeply personal.

Stepping out from the private lift, guests are welcomed by panoramic floor-to-ceiling views of Kuala Lumpur, setting the tone for a home that is both inviting and elegant. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area was designed to foster connection, anchored by a coffee and breakfast bar where daily interactions unfold effortlessly. Warm timber tones, customized marble slab selections, and carefully curated natural materials add depth and character, blending artistry with comfort.

A defining feature of the home is the art gallery wall, finished in textured surfaces that serve as a backdrop for the client’s extensive private art collection. Thoughtful lighting enhances each piece, ensuring that the home’s artistic identity remains a focal point.

Beyond this, a private lounge was designed for a more laid-back, personal retreat, showcasing custom display walls that hold a mix of art, collectibles, and a vast LEGO collection. One of the display shelves cleverly conceals a hidden entrance to the man cave—a personal sanctuary featuring a bespoke darker-toned stone counter, over 200 figurines, a music room, and a gaming zone.

The bedrooms embody a sanctuary-like concept, with the master suite featuring a walk-in wardrobe leading to a luxurious ensuite. With a seamless blend of customized craftsmanship, curated finishes, and timeless design, One Menerung Condo stands as a refined yet welcoming home—one that evolves with its family while celebrating artistry, comfort, and heritage
