Conceptual sketches to 3D design to completed home for a growing family at Damansara Heights.

Besides the measured drawings like CAD drawings, 3D artist impressions, alot of AI renderings and mood options, Pinterest or xiaohongshu Redbook moods we still do old school hand sketches for our projects. Why?

Nothing beat sketching as when we sketch we can visualize the space and what we want to create

For this combined double unit condo of 3000sqf

We broke down the sharing wall ( with obtained permits) to transform this into a five + one bedroom and two kitchens home to suit a growing family who just migrated here from Singapore.

With a love for electic vintage pieces ranging from old Melaka Teak wod panels, tropical hard woods, 1920’s chandeliers picked up through travels from Europe, vintage switches, mid century inspired furniture pieces and Nyonya collection pieces this home was designed with a classic modern inspired arched panelled, library feature wall for the living.

Other areas included-

✅ An eclectic mix of mid century pieces combined with contemporary palette and clean lines

✅ Functional storage like full height bookcases for their hige collection of books

✅ Integrated modern designs to individual spaces that caters to the lifestyle of the family
