Amika show unit (with its actual location in Metropark Tropicana) is not just a house; it's a canvas of emotions, memories, and family life. It's about acknowledging the importance of growth within a home and, above all, the sensation of coming home.

This isn't your typical show unit; it's a sneak peek into the life of a growing family, accommodating everyone from young kids to adults, promoting urban living, relaxation, entertainment, and wellness.

When we step into a house, we are not just entering a physical space; we are immersing ourselves ina story, a journey, and a feeling of homecoming.

The Japanese word "Amika," meaning beauty, served as the inspirational core. The objective was toencapsulate beauty in its most subtle form, finding aesthetics in the smallest details.

The color palette is a blend of neutral shades, rustic textured whites, timber, and pastels inspired byJapan's Sakura blossoms. Stepping into the foyer is akin to immersing oneself in Japanese living, complete with a tea room nook enclosed by Tsuji paper panel sliding doors.
